About iWellness

From February 2022

The Children’s Wellness Program incorporates life skills such as how to be healthy, confident, individuals. We offer these programs to Syllabis Students as well as students from other schools.

We where were founded in 2016 and have been providing cost-effective,
quality driving lessons to our clients.

The Syllabis iWellness Program launches in February 2022. Schedule and Costs to follow in January for planning and induction purposes.

The mission of Syllabis iWellness Program

To provide health education, healing therapies, and movement classes for children to improve their emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being, enrich relationships and care for their environment.



The iWellness Program aims to

Improve the health of children by increasing physical activity and teaching proper nutrition

Build healthy relationships through collaborative and creative activities

Teach children to stress management, emotional awareness, and self-care techniques to understand and navigate their emotions.


The Children’s iWellness Program consists of the following

Access to the Syllabis iWELLNESS Lessons delivered via Syllabis iWIZARD.

Children’s Activities Room provides enriching, mission-oriented, and safe care for youths while their parents receive integrative health treatments and attend movement classes or programs.

Kids’ Camp (a summer camp designed to get kids moving, making art, and learning in our online room).


Online classes such as:

Child-focused Cooking |  Kids Fashion | Martial Arts |  Ballet (intermediate and beginner) | Yoga | Art


Currently, children’s wellness and family classes are offered exclusively online.

Included in all school at home tiers.
For non-Syllabis Students, R200 per annum.
